Mike Regitz
Mike Regitz focuses his practice on intellectual property and technology disputes, counseling, and licensing.
As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Mike also assists firm clients with cybersecurity, data privacy, and cyber insurance coverage issues and disputes.
Mike is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to various federal courts across the country. He is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and his patent and trademark prosecution practice includes appeals and opposition proceedings.
